Swim Lab is looking for passionate, certified Learn-to-Swim Coaches to join our coaching team. You will be working with swimmers of all ages — from infants (under 3 years old) to adults, with a strong focus on early-stage swimmers.

If you have the experience, hold the relevant certifications, and are committed to structured, safe, and developmentally appropriate swim instruction — we’d love to hear from you.

To support new coaches, we provide mentorship, guidance, and onboarding training to ensure you’re aligned with our coaching philosophy and programme structure.

At Swim Lab, we value a learner-first, structured approach. Our coaches are supported through clear teaching frameworks and a collaborative, professional team culture.

We also welcome coaches who think outside the box, love developing creative, swim-related programmes (including camps), and are excited by the opportunity to innovate within aquatic education.

We are committed to high coaching standards, long-term swimmer development, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both swimmers and instructors.
